Scotty’s Contracting & Stone performed site work construction of the Oak Grove gaming facility and horse racing track owned by Churchill Downs & Keeneland. The project involved mass grading, installation of site utilities, concrete work, and stone base placement. In total, 45,000 ft of curb & gutter were installed, 600,000 CY of dirt was excavated, and 50,000 tons of asphalt was laid to complete the project.
